Gluten Free Maida
I enjoy baking cakes with this maida.
I love Jiwa gluten free aata, but the maida was not my favourite. It is probably because of the xanthum gum that it is not great for frying such as for samosa or kachori, it comes out as sticky. But it is good for baking purposes.
