This 100 percent wheat free and natural product is a path breaking blend of tapioca starch, corn flour and other gluten free ingredients. Ideal for making bakery items like breads, biscuits, cakes and other Indian preparations like pooris, samosas and kachoris, this all-purpose flour is sure to surpass its wheat based counterpart.
Best before 6 months from date of manufacturing, Fresher the better! Conventionally stored in tin boxes away from moisture and heat.

Taste notes: The perfect strands of gluten like stretch in this ‘maida’, have a really mild taste and flat mouth feel. This helps in making it the perfect crisping addition to baked or fried foods.

I love Jiwa gluten free aata, but the maida was not my favourite. It is probably because of the xanthum gum that it is not great for frying such as for samosa or kachori, it comes out as sticky. But it is good for baking purposes.
